Regarding your Master Pointing query:
I was particularly sensitive to the MP issues you mention as I often had problems with MPs when using the XXXX scoring program.
Its reported MPs mostly didn't add up to the printed results.
I worked through the printouts and MP files but could never get resolution to this. It often took many hours, manually creating MP returns for ABF MPC.

When I first tested ScoreBridge, everything went fine for reporting MPs except for Swiss Pairs events.
This problem was fixed in 24 hours!!!!! - and I was just running a test event.
I have had nothing but immediate, and accurate, responses form Stephen for any issue I have ever found.

I am the Master Point Secretary and IT Director for our Bridge Club.
I tested ScoreBridge for 2 months before deciding to go with it, by comparing results from XXXX with those produced on ScoreBridge.
I am 100% happy with it's MP reporting. Any errors were always in my maths, not with ScoreBridge.

Stephen has followed the ABF Masterpointing rules precisely
(in fact, more precisely than XXXX which wrongly awarded MPs in certain events, and, it seems, always has).
ScoreBridge complies with the ABF MP Manual Section 4.4.4.
Our recent State MasterPoint Secretary told me last November that she had switched her club totally to ScoreBridge.
This was during my "test" phase, but I figured "If she is happy with ScoreBridge MP calculations and collations, as the State MP Secretary, then why am I concerned?"

So we immediately changed from XXXX to ScoreBridge, and I have not regretted this decision since.
It is just so powerful, it's printed, and web-page, outputs and other "overall" capabilities are just perfect for use at Australian Club level.
At one time I had a major issue, and within 20 minutes of my e-mail to Stephen he had called me, and the issue was resolved in less than 1 hour!
Amazing, as Stephen lives in England!!!

For Club level use, in Australia, it is excellent, and copes with any event our club needs to run.
It will also collate ABF MP reports accurately, and even give you the option of sending an e-mail containing your ABF Award files directly to the ABF MPC as part of this process.
