The Warranty is between the BridgePad™ Company and the purchaser and ScoreBridge is not a party to it
Standard One Year Manufacturer Warranty
BridgePad™ Company warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use from the confirmed date of purchase, by the original purchaser.
Upon written notice of any defects, BridgePad™ Company will either repair or replace the faulty product or components thereof
Any warranty stated hereunder is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable
To obtain service under this warranty, you must first contact ScoreBridge who will if necessary arrange return of the unit(s) to BridgePad™ Company
Extended Warranty
An additional Extended Product Warranty may be purchased in the 12 month period following the purchase to protect your total purchase beyond the initial warranty period with the same return and replace terms
- It may be renewed at annual intervals thereafter for the following 12 months
- The price is £7 per annum per BridgePad and per base Station and must cover all units purchased
Detailed Product Warranty Terms
BridgePad™ Company does not assume liability for consequential damages or liability as a result of our product's use. BridgePad™ Company's liability extends to, but does not exceed, the original selling price of the equipment.
In addition, there is no assumption of liability as a consequence of any such events under the terms of this warranty, in the following cases:
- Shipment to BridgePad™ Company or its agent or the customer.
- Improper environment, temperature extremes, electrical power surges or failure or other misuse or negligence.
- Adjustment or repair by personnel not authorized by BridgePad™ Company.
- Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
- Forces beyond the control of BridgePad™ Company, including but not limited to an act of God, war, insurrection, civil disturbance, natural disasters, labor disputes or government regulations.
